our favorite little boy is four months old.
jakey james is just the most calm, content, chill baby.
we love him a lot.
some of us....ahem....maggie.....love him too much. her words, not mine.
he fits in well around here.
at four months mr. jake.....
- rolls from his back to his belly and on occasion belly to back.
- can push up on his arms.
- loves to suck his thumb!
- sleeps from 8pm to 6:30am.
- sleeps in the co-sleeper.
- is still wearing 0-3 months clothes but has started to wear some 3-6 months stuff.
- weighs 12 pounds 12 ounces....which puts him at the 3rd percentile. wah wah wahhhhhh. he needs to gain a little weight to get us out of trouble.
- is 24 1/4 inches long.
- smiles and coos and laughs at his sisters. even at times when he really should be worried about his safety.
- does not like the wind. it has made for a lot of sitting with momma in the van during soccer games and practices.
- takes two 8 ounce bottles at daycare.
- likes to gum on the linkadoos and lay on the playmat.
- wears size 2 diapers.
oh jake.
you are so very loved. you have calmed your space in our family. you are the perfect fit. we love watching you and your little personality grow.
we love you too much jake.
