soak it all up.

one evening last week the kiddos were outside playing so i grabbed my camera and started clicking.

i wanted to get a few pictures of them playing.

once i started, i couldn't stop.

it quickly turned in to take all the photographs.

capture all the moments.

soak it all up.

sometimes being busy behind the camera can interrupt being in the moment.

and sometimes being behind the capture helps me to slow down and see it all.

see the smiles. the joy. the fun.

their childhood.

and i get to bottle it all up in a photograph.
