thursday evening Grandma GG (Tim's Grandma) had a heart attack. at the time they felt it was a minor heart attack. by saturday morning we knew it was much more serious. we have prayed and prayed and prayed some more. and she is doing better. they are thinking surgery tomorrow. we continue to prayer for GG and Grandpa and the doctors and nurses who are caring for her. she is a tough cookie so we are hopeful.
last night we celebrated our nephew Gabe's baptism. Tim and I are honored to be his Godparents. Gabe is such a blessing and we love "the boy" (as tim calls him) so much. we are excited to share with him how much God loves him and the great big plan God has for him. however, the Priest mentioned something about paying for the first year of college....not so sure if that will happen..actually i am certain it won't! and...undoubtedly gabe will learn something naughty at our house. noah and em....i apologize in advance for that! we love you gabe!

and FIVE years ago today i timed contractions as i watched the super bowl. {FUN FACT: we were living in phoenix and the super bowl was in phoenix that year!} 24 hours later...miss cecilia kate arrived!
