today Cecilia graduated from preschool
the graduates marching in....cece is looking a wee bit nervous.
they sang a few fun songs.
cece was a little nervous and started chewing on her hair braid....we have never seen her do that before:)
clapping for her classmates as they are presented their diplomas
cece was "last, but not least" to receive her diploma. she kept repeating that all afternoon and evening.

we are very proud of our little graduate. she has grown so much during preschool. it is amazing. she has made good friend, painted about a million pictures, learned to write her full name, sang a bunch of songs, had many fun dress up days, became an advanced cutter, and so much more. her teacher told us she is a very independent little girl and does what she wants to do instead of just following her classmates...a charateristic that makes us very proud!
oh cece, you are a good one. we love you so much! we would like you to stop growing up though. a momma can wish right???

Okay, that was just about the cutest thing ever!!!! I love the braid chewing. :)
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, I did not know Jen Rich is her teacher!!! I used to work with her husband, Joe, and we have hung out with the Rich's many times. They are good people!!
'class of 2026' WOW. doesn't that seem so far away?! and yet how fast the days go. my first baby was born on march 6 and already he is so different. it's wonderful, yet bittersweet. like someone said, time gives and takes away.
