hello birthday lunch. for ellie's birthday we took her out for lunch at a chinese buffet. ellie loves chinese and thought the buffet was pretty awesome. however, i think this place is better in my memories....just saying.

hello pool party. ellie's soccer team celebrated the end of the season with a pool party. it was a bit cool for a pool party...but the girls didn't seem to mind and luckily the pool was heated!

hello first. swim. ever. we took maggie into the pool for a short swim. she loved it.

hello cold. i am dealing with a little bit of a cold. never fun to be coughing during the summer time. good thing it was movie monday and i was able to get a short nap in this afternoon.

hello peonies. i love peonies.

hello no teeth. maggie is 10 months old and has no teeth. we keep saying that we are thinking they are going to pop through.....but we keep saying that and nothing is happening.

hello vbs craft preparation. i am busy getting all the crafts ready for vbs next week. tomorrow the girls are going to get their craft on and make sure all these crafts have their seal of approval!

hello pool. we made our first trip to the pool today. oh we sure do love the pool.

hello no fear. maggie climbed all the way up on her own. i stood next to her and watched her do her thing. my goodness. small but mighty. and the step stool got put away in the closet.
