1. we had a bit of a crazy day today.
it was field trip day for cece. and I was lucky enough to get picked to go along. so this morning we were busy getting everything ready for the field trip.
lunches, drinks, hats, gloves, boots.....
then at breakfast Maggie throws up.
and just like that...
crazy happens.
thankfully grandma Cheryl was able to hang out with Maggie while I went on the field trip with cece. Maggie was able to take a few naps and didn't get sick again. fingers crossed we are feeling better tomorrow.
and cece and i had a great time on the field trip.
2. our meal plan
monday: we had pepperoni baked pasta. ellie declared it one of her favorites and that I need to make it more often. success.
tuesday: chicken noodle soup
wednesday: jack o lantern pizza
thursday: mummies and scary salad
friday: chicken wraps and french fries.
3. a cyclone Saturday. we spent most of our Saturday cheering on the cyclones. here are some photos i snapped of our day.

I let cece pack a backpack to take bring along on Saturday. it included a couple cy stuffies, extra band aids, hand sanitizer and 10 books.
who takes 10 books to a college football game?
she set up a "library" and spent most of the game reading books to herself and her stuffies.
