hello cyclone state! it wasn't pretty but our cyclones pulled out another cy-hawk rivalry win. feels good to be living in a cyclone state!

hello crisp morning walks. since i have to get ellie to the bus stop by 7:10 and i already have the two little girls in the stroller, i have been taking advantage of the situation and getting a good walk in first thing in our day. i have had to change my route up a bit, because i was running into students waiting at the middle school bus stops. not exactly what i want to do every morning of my maternity leave :)

hello errands. i feel like i have a gagillion errands to run this week....a couple returns to make, groceries to buy, checks to put in the bank....those errands are going to eat away at my nap time! grrrr:)

hello dinner already cookin in the crock pot. there is chicken tortilla soup cooking in my kitchen! i was just one can short of black beans...which i plan to pick up on my grocery run and add to the pot. it sure feels good to have dinner cooking already....slowcooker meals are the way to go for our family of busy girls and a newborn!

hello craftiness. since i am slowly returning to the world of normal people, i am getting the energy and urge to be crafty. however that does not mean i actually have the time to be crafty.....but who needs clean dishes. sacrifices might have to be made for me to get my craft on. i am thinking miss maggie needs some cyclone bows :)

hello baby sling. definitely comes in handy when little sister wants to be held and middle sister needs some lunch.

hello amazing family and friends. i can say it enough we are truly blessed. miss maggie has been showered with amazing gifts and we have been treated with some great meals and treats. it is so wonderful to have such super support! it has definitely made our transition to a family of five smooth.

hello a full dvr. i have 5 episodes of my favorite hgtv show sarah's house, an episode of big brother, and an episode of crap...i mean real housewives of new jersey. i will be entertained this week!

hello haircut. i have a hair appointment today. i was planning on a good trim....but if i am brave enough it might just turn into a full blow cut. we shall see!
