oh boy. 37 weeks.

i have been a little quiet on the blog. 

no worries. 

i have just been growing a baby. :)

the last few weeks have been a little crazy. between trying to take it easy after my little incident at school. getting things finished up at school for the semester while trying to get things prepared for my long term sub to start after break if needed. getting a few things finished up for brother at home. a few musical performances by ellie and cece. christmas fun. and then not feeling the best. it has been crazy. 

here we are 37 weeks. 

and ready to meet our little man. 

brother looks good in cyclone gear. no surprise there. 

at 37 weeks.....

my appointment was all good today. 

brother is head down. measuring right on. and the doctor estimated he will be a similar size to my other babies. 

i am 1 cm dilated.  

i was down 4 pounds from my appointment the week before. 

the nausea and upset stomach have returned. it comes and goes. i just have to be careful what i eat. which is a bit challenging with all the yummy holiday foods around. 

while i still have some pretty good energy. i do get tired. i have been taking advantage of being on christmas break and have been taking naps and sleeping in. 

yoga pants are my BFF. 

still chomping the ice. 

chocolate is all good too. 

the girls are getting very excited. maggie keeps telling brother it is time to come out. she actually likes to pull up my shirt and talk to him through my belly button. and make demands. she also loves to blow on my tummy. i am sure brother is wondering what the heck is going on. 

a christmas baby is sounding great. however, my voice of reason--ellie--keeps reminding me "you know his due date is January 12th right?" 

brother's room. is ready. just a few finishing touches to add. 

oh brother.
we are so ready to meet you. you are going to bring so much--everything--to our family. you are so loved. we are ready to smother you with all that love. oh man. i hope you are ready.
