Thursday: Bowtie Pasta with Italian Sausage
Friday: Sunshine Eggs and fruit
*My mom has been making these for years! When I taught Foods classes I called them Egg in the Middle...my students thought they were the best thing ever! So easy and so yummy! I was reading the link and decided I liked the name Sunshine Eggs the best:)
Saturday: Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas
And we will also be making some Easter Bread and I really want to do this with the girls as well.
