We went and watched the Ames fireworks last night. It turned out to be a beautiful July night and the fireworks were pretty cool!
Cece has never watched fireworks before. She very strongly dislikes loud noise...especially unpredictable loud noises. The past few years she has spent the time at the fireworks show with her head buried deep in a blanket. She wouldn't even take a peek at the fireworks. We always talked about getting her some "ear muffs" and a few months ago Tim finally did. So last night she got to watch the fireworks! She was in awe!
